SMT Line (Surface Mount Technology)
Our SMT production line supports high-speed and high-precision placement of electronic components directly onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Auto Insertion Line

Manual Insertion Line

Functional Circuit Test (FCT)

Offline In-Circuit Test (ICT)
ICT checks individual electronic components on the PCB to confirm correct placement, soldering, and electrical performance.
Optical Inspection (AOI)
Automated Optical Inspection systems scan PCBs to identify manufacturing defects such as incorrect component placement, soldering issues, or missing components.
X-Ray Inspection
X-Ray inspection is used to examine hidden solder joints and internal PCB structures that cannot be inspected visually, ensuring reliability in complex assemblies.
